This person will be responsible for the supervision of daily service center operations. Oversee the timely processing of applicants and the timely release of accurate, quality background screening reports. Ensure professional collection and processing of drug screens, and associated activities. Ensure that the service center is in compliance with HR First Contact’s operational policies and procedures.
? Experience managing a small group of people. ? Above average people skills. Strong client focus/service orientation. ? Knowledge of basic business terminology and office procedures. ? Basic knowledge of drug screening protocol. ? Working knowledge of computers, word processing and Microsoft Office applications. ? Extremely detail oriented with high energy level. ? High tolerance for working with the general public in a retail environment. ? Experience with and basic knowledge of human resource practices. ? Enjoy working in a team environment. ? Knowledge of proper phone etiquette. ? B.S. degree and experience in human resource industry preferred
